Shipping & Payments

In order to buy plants, you need to register. You can do so by clicking the icon in the top right corner. In the right side of the screen under the word “Registration” enter fields with your email adress and create a password. After this you will need to answer a series of questions and enter a delivery adress and the phone number for notifications about your order. If after registration you didn’t receive verification email, check your “Spam” folder. If you still didn’t receive the verification email, try registering again and check your email.

If you want to buy one plant, you need to press on the cart icon under the image or “Add to cart” button on the plant page. In your cart you can see, that only one plant was added. You can change the how many of this plant in the cart using arrows, or by changing the number near the plant name, but if you choose a number higher than there is stock, you will get an error message. After the changes you will need to update the cart to get the new price. By pressing the cart icon in the right hand corner, you can see the full list of plants in your order.

You will need to press the “checkout”, and fill the delivery address and choose the payment and shipping method. After this you will receive the confirmation email for your order. It takes 5-7 business days to process your order.

Please note that adding a plant to your cart does not reserve it.

Our store operates on the WooCommerce platform, and according to its standard system logic, products are only secured for a customer after the order has been successfully completed and payment has been received (or officially confirmed, depending on the selected payment method).

This means that if you add plants to your cart but delay checkout or payment, the selected item may be purchased by another customer who completes and pays for their order earlier. In such a case, the item will automatically disappear from your cart or become unavailable at checkout because it is no longer in stock.

Why does this happen?

  • Many of our plants are available in single specimens or very limited quantities.
  • Until an order is completed and paid, the system does not hold or block inventory.
  • This is the standard functionality of WooCommerce, and unfortunately, these reservation settings cannot be modified.Therefore, we can only inform customers about this system behavior in advance.

How to avoid disappointment?

  • If you find a rare plant you truly want, we recommend completing your checkout and payment promptly, without long delays.
  • If an item disappears from your cart during checkout, it means that another customer has completed the purchase first.
  • If this happens, please contact us — we will gladly:
  • check for a similar available specimen,
  • suggest an alternative,
  • or inform you about upcoming restocks (if planned).

Thank you for your understanding. This system ensures fair and transparent purchasing conditions for all customers, especially when offering rare and one-of-a-kind plants.

  • When placing an order worth 400 euros (the amount does NOT include delivery costs), you automatically receive a 5% discount.
  • When placing an order worth 1000 euros or more (the amount does NOT include delivery costs), the discount increases to 10%.

By clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, you can view the entire list of your order and ensure that the discount has been correctly applied.

For customers in the United States, in accordance with US Customs

regulations, we recommend obtaining an Import Permit to be included with

the Phytosanitary Certificate to ensure the safe receipt of your plants.

Within Bulgaria we send the plants in pots.
Out of Bulgaria we send without soil and pots to prevent plants damage during the trip and to decrease the weight of the box.
If you live out of Bulgaria you’ll get bare rooted plants, packed in napkins and paper to make their trip safe and to keep them dry.

During the cold season, we additionally wrap them in styrofoam to protect them from low temperatures.

For customers in Bulgaria, we offer delivery with Econt and Speedy.

  • For customers from the EU, we deliver with:
  • Speedy: 7 to 10 business days
  • Interconnect: 7 to 10 business days
  • or with regular Bulgarian Post, which usually takes up to 3 weeks.
  • Please choose delivery “Seeds only” 5€, in case you order only seeds, which we send in an envelope.
  • The costs of delivering postal items in a box are at a higher price.

If you are a customer from the EU, you do not need additional documents.

For customers from Ukraine, we collect several orders and send them together with a common phytosanitary certificate by bus to Odessa 1-2 times a month. In Ukraine, shipments are sent with Nova Poshta. You pay 5 euros to Odessa and the cost of delivery to Nova Poshta in Ukraine.

For customers outside the EU, a phytosanitary certificate is mandatory – 13 euros and is issued within 5-7 business days.
You will be able to purchase it immediately before finalizing the order by selecting the given option.

We deliver via “Bulgar Post”, but you should keep in mind that your box may travel up to 20-40 days and we cannot influence this.

Please select “Seeds Only” delivery 7€, in case you order only and only seeds that we send in an envelope.
The cost of delivery of postal items in a box is at a higher price.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from us, which will be activated within 7 business days from the date of receipt and you can track it online.
